• 1. Payment

  Payments are only made by bank transfer or credit card.

  The payment platform is processed via our partner Stripe. After confirmation of the order, the customer will be redirected to the Stripe Secure Card Data service. This online payment platform securely encrypts all bank card information data provided by customers when ordering. Only non-sensitive data remain in the databases, such as name and expiry date of credit card.

• 2. Shipping and delivery costs

  All payments made by credit card, bank transfer or Stripe will be processed. After this, delivery in the UK will be made either the same day or the following day at the latest. Delivery is made my by Royal Mail. A confirmation of order and dispatch notice is sent to the customer with a tracking number in order to follow-up the order.

  Express delivery 48 hours: 30 £

  This service is only available for the following countries and requires a signed for service with a phone number:

  France, Switzerland, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Finland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands.

• 3. Consumers rights

  According to regulations, the revocation period of seven days is given to customer, as of the ordering date receipt to return at one's personal expenses the products ordered to obtain a refund.

  This right does not apply to goods, boxes, open jars or discounted products. Only sealed products will be accepted.

  A return address will be given by email.

  Whatever the applicable jurisdiction, services offered are non-refundable. Goldman Laboratories recommends users read the services offered before buying.

• 4. Regulations

  All products sold on this site are not considered drugs. These products are dietary supplements, plants and trace elements in several countries of the European Community and benefit from the freedom of cross-community movement. It is up to the buyer to check the legal status of the products concerned in his country of residence.

  A dietary supplement does not aim to treat, to cure, to diagnose or to prevent disease. For people with chronic illnesses or diseases, the consultation of a General Practitioner or therapist is needed.

  Unless otherwise stated or on the advice of a doctor or therapist, children under 12, people under medical treatment, nursing mothers or pregnant should abstain from supplement.

  Delivery of products can be made to any country in the European Community, according to law.

  Legal age to purchase on this site is 18. People who do not adhere to these instructions will have their orders cancelled.

• 5. Privacy Policy

• 6. Sponsorship service, redeeming loyalty points

  The Sponsorship Programme was designed to thank new customers as well as loyal ones. Several rules have been established to limit abuse.

  For a new registered customer, one referral code is given corresponding to a single billing address, delivery and a bank card.

  The site goldmanlaboratories.com is not responsible for false typing errors when entering a sponsorship code.

  Loyalty points gained by purchase or by referral code have no monetary value outside of the goldmanlaboratories.com site, they cannot be substituted and are none transferable. These points are valid 12 months after being credited into the account.

  Under no circumstances shall a new subscriber be authorized to use any digital data form (except the referral code) belonging to goldmanlaboratories.com. Criminal proceedings will be undertaken in this case.

  Decisions and changes that are made on goldmanlaboratories.com website are binding and irrevocable.
